Purpose: For cleaning residue and body fluids from skin, including mild bleeding that may 
occur during a permanent-makeup procedure.

Instructions: Add 3-5 drops of cleanser into 1/3 cup of distilled water or saline. Submerge 
to moisten cotton balls/gauzes for use before, during, and after a permanent makeup 
procedure.

Tip: Do NOT moisten cotton balls/gauze excessively to avoid drips.
