The International Beauty & Health General Union is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It is a general association of beauty, hairdressing, eyelashes, nails, make-up, and health nutrition industry associations. Founded in 1993, the Federation has a history of more than 20 years. It has branches in Malaysia, Taiwan, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam. The industry branch, more than 1,000 companies, is the largest industry chamber of commerce in Korea.

Through the International Federation of Beauty and Health, industry professionals can exchange the latest information in the industry and master the latest knowledge in this ever-changing generation to make the most relevant changes in the market. The association has a BHL Korean beauty certification body that recognizes professional technical courses in the industry. In addition, the Association has set up an international human (beauty and health) Olympic competition to provide industry professionals with an opportunity to demonstrate their personal skills. The Korea Beauty and Health License Association (B.H.L BHL), an authoritative certification body of I.B.H.G.U, is committed to improving the level of Korean beauty and health industry and developing domestic skills certification.

I.B.H.G.U As one of the recognized government agencies of the Korean government, the qualification certification issued by B.H.L. BHL, an authoritative certification body, has been recognized by the industry.

B.H.L BHL has more than 5,000 skills certificates issued each year in Korea. In the past 23 years, more than 100,000 people have provided skills certificates in the field of beauty and health. The certificates issued have been widely recognized in Korea.

The Korean B.H.L BHL Accredited Skills Certificate has not only been recognized by Korea but also recognized in Hong Kong and Mainland China. B.H.L, which joined the China-Hong Kong market last year, is the only Korean certification body in China and Hong Kong. In just two years, nearly 2,000 skills certificates have been issued in Hong Kong, and the recognition has gradually improved.

Quality Control

As a certification body specializing in beauty and health, BHL BHL values quality control and quality assurance, and all authorized certification centers (Approved Center - Luster Beauty International Education and Training Academy) After a rigorous review; the courses offered must be approved by the Korean General Assembly to issue a certificate of accreditation; the tutors taught at the Certification Center also need to obtain teaching and evaluation qualifications.

Qualification Certificate / Qualification Requirements

Professional Tutor Qualification Certificate i. Have relevant professional qualifications or college degrees, and have at least 3 years of relevant training or supervision experience; or Ii. 8 years of relevant work experience, no less than 5 years of relevant training or supervision experience

Examiner Qualification Certificate i. Have relevant professional qualifications or college degrees, and have at least 3 years of relevant training or supervision experience; or Ii. 10 years of relevant work experience, no less than 5 years of relevant training or supervision experience

Training Director Qualification Certificate i. Have relevant professional qualifications or college degrees, and have at least 5 years of relevant training or supervision experience; or Ii. 12 years of relevant work experience, no less than 5 years of relevant training or supervision experience

Accreditation Director Qualification Certificate i. Have relevant professional qualifications or college degrees, and have at least 5 years of relevant training or supervision experience; or Ii. 15 years of relevant work experience, no less than 8 years of relevant training or supervision experience

Cheif Education Certificate i. Have relevant professional qualifications or college degrees, and have at least 10 years of relevant training or supervision experience; or Ii. 20 years of relevant work experience, no less than 10 years of relevant training or supervision experience
