They say that a human’s mind to become beautiful is endless.  I think that the world is all the happier and more beautiful as there are our beauty culturists in the center where beauty is created and developed. Our International Federation of Beauty Culturist(hereinafter referred to as ‘IFBC’) is the organization established by the people who aim to make this world beautiful, and IFBC aims to be the world’s best beauty organization as a place of exchange among beauty culturists, not to mention technical development.  Hereupon, our executives of the IFBC, such as presidents at about 130 associations at home and abroad and each branch managers, are doing their best not only for diverse technical development but also for beauty technique improvement as well as talented individual training through “Fair Conversation” with the coming of the era of beauty globalization; on top of that, IFBC is doing market exploitation for making inroads into overseas beauty markets. For the time to come, our IFBC sincerely promises to be the best International Federation both in name and reality by taking up the position as the most important channel for making a shared growth together with the beauty culturists all over the world.
